The Sassy Bendi is a fun anal toy to use in the shower or tub. Its incredible suction power keeps it in place on the wall, or tub, for anal stimulation. It is suitable for beginners, and a fun introduction to anal play. Unfortunately it’s made out of rubber, which tends to have a lingering smell, and cannot be sterilized.

Pros
Suction base incredibly strong, flexible and bendable neck.
Cons
Made of rubber, smells, may be too small for some, can’t be sterilized.
The Sassy Bendi is best used alone for shower/bath play, although it can also be used with a partner. It works well alone since its base suctions to the wall to allow for hands-free play.
This anal toy is best suited for beginners, those who desire less length/width in an anal toy, or anyone who wants some hands-free anal play in the water. It is soft and flexible, and its base is wide enough for safe anal play.
The Sassy Bendi is made of rubber. It has a light, funky smell right out of the package, although it’s not as overwhelming as some rubber toys. The smell mostly dissipates after several washings and air dryings. It does not taste good at all.
The texture of the Bendi is very smooth and seamless, and it is soft and pliant to the touch. The texture is nice for anyone who likes smooth and untextured toys.
The Sassy Bendi has a nice arrow shape with wide base. It comes in two color choices: blue and purple. I chose the purple, which I like, although it's more lavender than it appears in the picture.
The Bendi is 4 1/4” long, although only about 2 1/2" is actually insertable. The remaining 1 3/4" is the flared base/suction bottom, and cannot really be inserted. The rounded arrow tip flares out to about 1" before tapering in for the neck.
This is a soft and pliable toy, with the added feature of being able to bend at the bottom of the shaft before it widens into the base. It can bend in increments up to almost a 90 degree bend, so the right angle is easy to find for both insertion and play.
The Bendi is quite small, and a good size for anal beginners or anyone preferring smaller toys in their rear. It’s look is not threatening, and it is fairly discreet.
Since it doesn’t vibrate or have metal parts it should travel fine. Although, I would only put it into checked baggage, and make sure that it is carefully sealed so that the other items in the suitcase don't smell of rubber when unpacked.
The best aspect of this toy is its suction. Even though the base is flat, and doesn’t look like a traditional suction cup, when the Sassy Bendi is attached to a receptive surface it grasps on and holds like Polygrip. For shower walls, tile, or similar smooth surface, the Bendi sticks well. It even adheres to paneling, although it doesn’t stay in place nearly as well.
Bendi’s flexibility is also great, although if you move a lot when thrusting onto it, you can change the angle of the bend. It’s not so much that it’s painful, but it can alter the sensation. The head is not firm, and can be a bit difficult to insert. The Bendi allows hands-free anal play, and lets you control the amount of thrusting you want to do on it.
The Sassy Bendi is made of rubber, so it has good wear resistance, and should last for a long time with proper care. It is porous, however, and cannot be sterilized. The Bendi can be cleaned with soap and warm water, or a toy cleaner. It should be stored away from other toys, in a cool dark place.
It is best to use a condom with this toy, due to its porous nature, and it should never be shared without using a condom. Both silicone and water based lubricants are safe to use with the Bendi.
The Sassy Bendi comes in an easy to open plastic clamshell case with a glossy insert that describes the product. The packaging is more of the display store type, but the toy can be stored in the package when not in use. This will help minimize smell transfer to other items stored nearby.
I found the Bendi more fun to use alone due to its size. I loved how it stuck to the shower walls, and it made for some interesting water play when paired with a waterproof vibe.
This wasn’t so great to use with my husband. He likes to thrust toys into my ass, and this was just too short and small to be satisfactory.
Follow-up commentaryI've started to like it more3 months after original review
This has become a rather fun toy in the shower. It's a bit smaller than I like, but it is fun to warm up with when we start a session in the tub. The suction bottom sticks like glue to the bathtub and shower walls, which makes it easy to position and keep in place.

This looks like it would slip out easily if the suction cup isn't attached to something. Does it work well for play outside of the tub/shower?

You can use it without using the suction feature, and out of the shower - but it's short, so it's a bit tricky to manipulate and it doesn't stay in. If you've got a partner, then they can thrust with it, and it'll depend on what you think of the size as to if it works well that way.
