My first enema.

This is easy to use in theory, but the size of the bag is unwieldy and difficult. It is partially made of latex which is an allergy concern for some. It smells of latex badly. Overall, it's not a great product.

Use

This is a kit for enema or douching. It has two different nozzle attachments, one for anal use and one for vaginal use.

The attachments are made from plastic and the bag is latex, so be aware if this is an allergen for you.

Women, please be aware that doctors don't recommend vaginal douching because it impacts the delicate balance of acidity in the vagina and it can lead to yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis. Because of these concerns, I did not test it for douching. I have health conditions that create an increased risk for these and I don't want to increase my chances of catching anything.

The attachments are small and comfortable to insert, so when it comes to that, this will work for beginners. The bag is almost the size of a football, so it will hold a lot of liquid. When using this, fill it with lukewarm water. Hot or cold will be uncomfortable.

Material / Texture

The red attachments are made from plastic and are very smooth and shiny. They have no discernible odor. They are both very firm. Use caution and lubricants with these.

The bag, on the other hand, reeks. It is made of latex and has a very powerful odor. Everything it touches smells like it. After using it, my hands smelled like it for hours no matter how many times I washed them or how much lotion I used.

The bag is extremely flexible. I would not use or have anything sharp around it because it will probably be easy to puncture.

This is listed as phthalate free.

Design / Shape / Size

The anal attachment is insertable about 3.25" and the vaginal attachment is about 4.75" insertable. The whole thing assembled is about 15" long depending on the attachment that is screwed in. As I mentioned previously, the black latex bag is shaped very much like a football. When the bag is empty, it can be rolled up and shoved back in the box or however you would like to store this.

The attachments are slim, so they can be used by anyone. The bag is hard to handle alone because it is large and unwieldy when it is full.

Performance

This was a purchase for cleanliness not play. I am exploring anal sex and was feeling insecure about cleanliness, so I picked this up.

On one hand it is effective, but it is also a struggle to use. The bag is unwieldy and hard to manage easily. I have tried this sitting and standing. Both ways were awkward. The bag is really flexible and hard to hold. They only way I can imagine using this easily is by laying down, but I don't like the idea of leaking on furniture, so it looks like using this in the bath is the only way to work this well.

It's just about impossible to fill this completely with water so there is air in the bag which you may put into your cavity. This is a pretty big downside for me personally because that is the opposite of what you want in an enema. Air won't clean anything, and it will make for awkward noises.

This works, but it is a struggle to make it so.

Care and Maintenance

This is made from two different materials.

The bag being latex creates cleaning concerns. Latex is extremely porous and it can only be cleaned with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. Latex can not be sanitized with bleach or boiling water. Because of this, I additionally would not recommend using this for both anal and vaginal uses because fecal matter can be sucked back into the bag from anal use. That's not something that you want in a vagina.

The plastic attachments can be cleaned with warm water and soap or by wiping with isopropyl alcohol.

This can be stored however you would like to as long as it is in a cool, dry place.

Packaging

This came in a white cardboard box. The packaging for this is in no way discreet. It has a couple on it and the name of the toy, which basically gives away that this something adult in nature. The box isn't super sturdy, but it works for storing this for the time being while I decide if I will end up keeping this.

Personal comments

Honestly, I think that this is not worth it. There have to be better options than wrestling a wet sloppy football. This is way more complicated to use than it should be because of the latex bag. Also, the inability to sanitize this makes me nervous.

This is sized well for a beginner, but overall I don't think that this is a good toy. I think that this toy is too difficult, too hard to clean, and the possible allergens from the latex make this a triple threat of fail.

Experience

I was kind of excited about this when I ordered it, but when I finally got it, I became intimidated. The bag is big. I finally worked up to using it.

I followed the very minimal directions and tried to fill this by squeezing out the air in my filled sink. It didn't work, so I unscrewed the attachment and held it up to the tap to fill it.

I got it mostly full, but not completely. I sat on the toilet and wrestled with it on my first attempt. The second time I tried standing in the shower. Both were difficult because of the size of the bag and how floppy it was.

Overall, it did its job, but only with a struggle.
Follow-up commentary
Ugh, desperate times call for desperate measures, and I needed to use this again. I hate the whole process of using this. The bag smells so bad and it completely unwieldy. This is totally not worth it. I am picking up a different enema product ASAP.

Jimbo- I may try something else down the line. I never get completely turned off of an experience just because of a lousy toy, but on the other hand I am not rushing out to get another one.
