If you are an advanced user, this one doesn't really work well for a P-Spot massage. At least in my experience. It's an okay toy for lubing you up in preparation for other toys. The massager does stimulate a bit, just not that effective. Those beginning anal may find a lot of uses for this item, but advanced users may find themselves leaving it by the wayside.

There wasn't smell on the item when I got it out of the box. It's very smooth since it's not really meant as a thrusting item. It's a little plush to the touch, but still firm enough to help get it inserted anally.

Overall, I think the design could be better. It seems like the part you insert needed to be curved and bent back a little further than it was. I felt it bump my P-Spot once or twice, but honestly, it seemed like it was too difficult to reach it. The vibrations help a bit, but not a whole lot in the long run.

I found that while it is an okay toy for shoving inside yourself, it was just too difficult to stimulate the prostate with the shape of it. That and the lube used tended to get down onto the base, making it very slippery and hard to manipulate.

Water-based lube is a way to go. It might make it easier to manipulate if you only lube the first inch or so that's going in you. Make sure you avoid silicone-based lubricants. The box it came in is rather large, so I would only use it for storage as a last resort. It's easier to get a small cloth bag to stuff it in when you aren't using it.

On the whole, for cleaning you can hold the base of the toy and dip it into hot water. Do not submerge it completely as the tip with the wire that connects to the controller shouldn't be soaked in water. If that still seems a bit careless to you, you can always run it under the bathroom faucet with the hot water going to help sterilize it. Wiping down with a cloth and toy cleaner and soap as well should help to clean it thoroughly.
