I use this occasionally. But it definitely does the job and cleans out my rear side. Best to use prior to anal play. One use usually gets me pretty cleaned out, which is awesome! It makes cleaning a very fast and simple process. I purchased this over a year ago and have used it at least 30 times since purchasing. Regularly cleaning it after use has preserved it, and it is still like new now! I would definitely encourage anyone that is looking for some anal douching to use this. It's very slim, so it'll fit just as well in beginners as it will in advanced users.
