When I received this "toy" I thought to myself "how is this small thing going to give me pleasure?". First off, I use the term "toy" loosely and prefer to call it a device, since this is far more than just a toy for sexual gratification.

The device measures about 3.5" in insertable length and just over an inch in diameter. It also has a gentle curve to find its way to your prostate easier. It is made of a strong white plastic that is very smooth and makes for super easy clean-up. When I followed the instructions, I discovered this device not only stimulates the prostate, but also the perineum and makes for strong ejaculations due to strengthening the PC muscles.

It comes with instructions on the manufacturer's recommended way to use it, which is laying on your side with your bottom leg straight and your top leg bent. The way I prefer use it is to lube up and insert it well, slouching low in my chair with my butt hanging off the edge. Now for the amazing part! This is a hands free device, it is operated only by squeezing your PC muscles. As you squeeze, the device thrusts into you about 1/2" and rubs the prostate, while the outer nub applies intense pressure on the perineum. Then when you fully relax, it withdraws slightly. It basically gently fucks you with your own muscle contractions! This device can be used in a variety of positions but I don't recommend sitting directly on it as it defeats the purpose of allowing it to thrust in and out at your body.

When masturbating while using this device, it can make for explosive ejaculations. The involuntary contractions during orgasm cause it to even more rapidly pump the prostate and perineum.
