Since this is an insert-and-forget-it toy, there isn't really any texture on it. It doesn't have a smell, thankfully. It does have the bumps along the shaft that feel nice when sliding in or out. It is somewhat firm but does have a mild bit of plushness along the shaft, for easier insertion.

Overall the design is a simple one. The ears provide stops to keep it from going too deep. The little hook at the tip can rub against your prostate if you position it correctly during insertion.
