The toy is made of glass, which in itself can increase pleasure based on the hot and cold aspects that can be used with glass toys. It works wonders as it has balls made into it that gives a popping sensation when it's going in and when being pulled out. Once it's inside, the smoothness of the glass allows you to the handle to rotate the toy while it is inserted. The toy is made of glass so you can use soap and water to clean it and can boil it to disinfect it. Best to use with any type of lube.
