Best suited for being on the bottom. It's definitely for beginners. If on the top, the item may not stay in without clenching and distracts from the moment. Would suggest using while laying on back, perhaps while receiving oral or stimulating yourself.

While not realistic, this toy is skin soft. LOVE the material. With any anal play toy you want this material! This is a great intro to anal play.
