This prostate massager is best used as a butt plug; it is really soft and is small enough to be hidden while wearing it if you want to dabble in wearing it in public. I say this because the mini bullet inside it is so weak you barely feel it. Compared to most other massagers I have used, which upon insertion my wife is able to feel some of the vibration from those. I honestly recommend this toy for those who are just starting to explore prostate massagers and anal play in general for the softness of the material and for the fact that the weak vibration will not overwhelm them.
