Eden Play Silicone Triple Balls are primarily used vaginally to exercise the pelvic floor. They are great for those with urinary incontinence caused by childbirth. They also work well to strengthen the pelvic floor to increase pleasure during intimacy and even aid in stronger orgasms.

After having two kids, I will say Kegels and Kegel exercisers are up on my list of favorite toys. This one is quite unique with the removable, weighted balls. I decided to try the toy with all three balls in it. With a little water-based lube and relaxation I got the first two pods and balls in. Already feeling full from the first two, the third was a bit much for my taste. This left the third pod and ball just hanging there awkwardly. I tried again with two balls in the pods and was unsuccessful in fully inserting the toy. So, the toy was not really practical for me.

The outer "pod" that holds the balls is a soft, silky, silicone that doesn't seem to attract dust like my other silicone toys. The balls that go inside the pod are made of a hard plastic and have a seam around them, as well as a hole in both the top and bottom of the ball. Out of curiosity, I opened one of the plastic balls. Inside is a metal ball bearing with sticky rubber around it. I don't recommend doing this since they don't seal back properly.



The silicone pod has a slightly sweet smell to it but is not noticeable unless you truly put your nose in it.

I love the design of the Triple Balls. The toy is a dual-tone purple color and very appealing with the option to change the amount of weight used. It is very discreet to use once inserted, with minimal (if any) rattling sounds, and it can even be worn unseen under clothes.

The toy is a bit on the large side for Kegel balls, measuring in at 8.25 inches in total length with 7 insertable inches. The retrieval cord is roughly 1.25 inches long, making it a good length to grasp but nothing too inhibiting. Each ball is roughly 1.75 inches in diameter and 5.25 inches in circumference. All together, it weighs in at 0.5 pounds, making it the heaviest Kegel exerciser in my collection.

The balls can be inserted using water-based lube when in a squat or a seated position, similar to how one would insert a tampon or menstrual cup. After insertion, you can leave them in while doing activities, like jogging, as long as you're comfortable. The weighted balls have a ball bearing in them which rattles and slides around inside the toy as you move and can send some very thrilling sensations through your body depending on how sensitive you are to them. When you are ready to remove the toy, I suggest sitting back, relaxing, and slowly pulling the retrieval cord until the balls are fully out. The cord is nice and thick so I don't worry about it breaking.

The main part of the toy is silicone, which can be cleaned in many different ways such as boiling, mild soap and water, and even a 10% bleach solution. However, because the balls are made of plastic and have holes in them, they need to be removed and washed thoroughly with mild soap and water. It takes a while for them to dry completely since the balls can hold water. So, be sure they are dry before putting them away.

This toy arrived in a very plain, brown box with a simple shipping label on it from "Web Merchants Inc." The contents consisted of the toy in a plastic bag inside a mesh bag, two air packets, a packing list, and a bar code. It's not really something you'd want to use as gift packaging. The included mesh bag works well for storage.
