It’s more aesthetically pleasing than anything. The flogger is really lightweight and you can barely feel it unless you wind it up and really whip it.

The flogger is poorly made though. Within a few minutes of opening it, the handle just fell off. I had to replace it with electrical tape but I feel like after using it a few times the tassels are going to begin to fall off as well.

The flogger is solid black and pretty small. When it comes to storage I hang it on my wall with the rest of my hangable toys (paddles, cuffs, blindfolds, etc.). It never gets dirty so I just wipe it with a moist cloth if it gets even a little dirty.

The blindfold is the worst. It won’t stay on for anything and no matter how it’s on I can still see out of the bottom of it. If you are wearing it and you move at all it slips off. I hate it. I wish the kit came with a better substitute. I mean, you can use the tie as a blindfold but it still kind of sucks. I don’t really like the tie either. I get the whole “50 Shades” theme but I would rather use my cuffs then have to deal with that tie.

All in all it's really not worth it. If you are a couple who are thinking of dipping your toe in them, try it, but I don’t think it’ll give you a great experience. Go for a better-made kit and really get into it.

Also Sex and Mischief always cracks me up with these short stories they decide to print on the back of their product. I know they are supposed to be sexy and make you want to try the product but it just makes me laugh so hard.
