If they would stay on, I'd give them five stars because the visual appeal is fantastic. These would be great for someone with larger nipples. They would be great to wear to a play party.
My first impression was that these are much larger and heavier than I expected. I wasn't sure if they would work for my small nipples.

They did come with a small black drawstring storage bag.
Fully tightened, the "hole" for the nipple still seemed large for my small nipples. I didn't think I'd be able to screw them tight enough to go on. Even if I could, I figured the weight would make them fall off.
To my surprise, I was able to get them on. I took a few pictures of me wearing them. Check out the pics at vanillafreesex.com. Before I was done taking pictures, one of them did fall off due to the weight of them. Perhaps, they might stay on if I had the guts to tighten them further. However, you can see in the pics that I have them on pretty tight. The weight pulled my nipples down some.

Those do look really cool! I've had my eye on these but after reading your review I don't think these would be good for me.

They are fairly heavy and rather large. They won't work for everyone. If I had larger nipples I would be in love with them because I love how they look.
