The Orgasm control belt was sent in typical EF form....an unassuming brown box with the actual item inside. The box containing the toy had two separate packages, each sealed. One had the anal plug and one had the rest of the harness system. The material of the straps is plasticky pseudo leather with metal loops. The plug and cock ring appears to be silicone.

The plug is described as "hard" but is actually a little squishy; definitely not the hard plastic we were worried it would be. It is not too large, suitable for a beginner or moderate user of such toys. The cock ring is kinda stretchy, although we were not able to get it over the shaft and balls as pictured in the item description. The straps are easy to adjust along the sides and back portion to keep everything snug. Size-wise, there was plenty of extra length to the straps to fit just about any guy's hips and waist.

To attach the plug to the harness system, there is a "platform" with snaps. Simply unsnap a pair of these, open the flap, and slip the plug in before reattaching the snaps. Easy enough!

Using this toy was a little tricky at first. We couldn't figure out whether to put the cock ring on first, or insert the plug. We decided to start with the plug, and overall that worked well. Using a good bit of lube (and patience) the plug was not difficult or painful to insert. As mentioned previously, it is firm, but a little squishy, so it wasn't uncomfortable. We discovered that although the picture shows a flared base, there isn't much of a difference in diameter so don't expect that "pop" you get from other plugs. This toy is instead intended to be kept in place, with the straps holding everything tight.

After inserting the plug, I moved on to the cock ring. By this time, he was certainly erect, but try as a I might, there was no way I could get the ring around the balls...it just wasn't stretchy enough. The harness seems to require a tight fit to hold everything in place, so being unable to move the ring down to the base seemed to make the strap that holds the plug in place a little loose.

It required a little teamwork to keep everything in place as I tightened the straps, but everything seemed nice and snug. The only problem we had was tightening the back strap enough to hold the plug in place seemed to pull the cock ring down, pointing his erect member in an awkward direction. Once again, I think if the cock ring fit entirely over the shaft and balls this wouldn't be a problem. Maybe if the ring were just a bit stretchier or bigger...

Once everything was tightened and in place, the harness worked well.
