Time flies when you're not having fun, so take a moment to enjoy the funner things in life. Like maybe a little light bondage with the one you love. After attending school again, working on a personal business plan, managing an online community and basically trying to just live everyday life, my lover and I finally have gotten some time to ourselves. So why not try something new and interesting, something we've never tried before!

Unfortunately, for reasons I'll go through here I think we should have opted to spend a bit more and get something of a higher caliber. We decided on the Fantasy Domination Kit because it was inexpensive and something that seemed a little more beginner friendly. While both are somewhat true I think a more newbie friendly set would be something a bit higher quality.

The set came with a blindfold, four cuffs and "whip". The blindfold works well enough but the material is very crinkly and makes quite a bit of noise for the wearer. The cuffs are comfortable enough but there are some issues I have with them. First, they are made of what seems like basic nylon webbing that you'd find in the straps of a backpack. A bit rough around the edges, they're held closed with velcro which did hold very well. But the velcro itself could be attached to the inside better. There are loose flaps at the ends of the velcro runs that hang loose and are irritating to pull apart. The straps on the cuffs are permanently attached and are made of a thinner type of the same webbing used in the cuffs. They work well enough but I would've liked the flexibility of loops and clips. The "whip" feels like the most "slapped together" part of the set. It's made of some lengths of webbing stacked together, folded over with the ends cut up to make tails. The edges are rough and the ends are pointed so using it in any more than the lightest flogging will probably cause some serious pain.

In the end, we did have a bit of fun with this set. As a pair of beginners and newbies to this fun and sexy type of play we definitely would have been more satisfied with a proper cuffs and collar set. My advice is to spend the bit of extra money needed to pick up a good beginner set with actual rings, padding, buckles and straps.

This one still just doesn't do it for us. After letting it sit in the box for a couple months after my review I took it out again to see if I would like it even a little bit more. I'm afraid that the build quality issues and general cheapness of this set has made it one of our permanently "benched" toys. Definitely go out and get yourself something a little bit more expensive and a LOT more fun!
