Tie Me Softly tether restraints are perfect for light play sessions with beginners and medium play sessions for those with a bit of experience - if someone really wants to get out of these they can.

Wrap the fleece and velcro around wrists or ankles to keep your little play partner from achieving full range motion and take advantage of their situation. Connect both of the fleece and velcro ends together and the restraints can easily become a soft collar or arm/calf cuff as well. Black nylon straps must be tethered to something (such as a D-ring or anchor, a bed post, or knotted over rope work) if your play partner's appendages are to stay where you put them.

I personally love that the restraints aren't attached to anything else. It gives me the freedom to be creative with tethering and makes them incredibly easy to transport. In a pinch, the straps can tie to each other and will hold with the right knot. I enjoy using the loose ends to add some sensory play into the session.

Washable fleece, velcro, and nylon materials are a decent quality, but no comparison to lined, supple leather. Wrists could easily end up with burn marks from the nylon straps as the fleece is only a touch thicker than what you would find at a craft store. Yes, you want to keep your play partner in position, but avoiding burns means minimizing motion on part of the tie-ee and keeping tethering somewhat loose by the tie-er.

Most people will fit these just fine. The nylon straps are about an inch wide, so they fit really nicely on my lady wrists. However, on my male partner, they dug in a bit through the fleece when he pulled against them. If play is kept light to medium/light this won't be a deal breaker.

No off-putting scent from these black babies and they should hold up pretty well over time with proper care.

I didn't expect anything mind-blowing from these; they are very minimal and basic and that's exactly what they provided. They will get used most while I'm traveling or when I'm not in my home. With the unattached straps, these restraints offer a really nice flexibility of placement and creative anchoring.
