Overall I would recommend it to a friend or sex partner. Quality is excellent, and I appreciated this toy from day one. I also note that this toy is part of my basic travel BDSM kit. If I lost it, I would buy another that’s how awesome it is.

The first thing to note about this toy is its quality. The silicone is of good quality and does not smell or outgas. The silicone is hard but has a nice give. If you bite hard, it does not cut into silicone.
The strap is fully adjustable and fits most people. Being able to flip gag around to have something in your partner's mouth is an excellent experience. I do note that partners with small mouths can actually get a gag reflex with this flipped for internal. This could be positive in some bedrooms. The ball portion is a nice size and worked well with my partner's small mouth.
The 2nd time using my partner put it on me with the silicone dick pointing outward. She tied me up and sat on my face. This was super fun and was a great tease. This quickly turned into a favorite toy in the treasure box. Cleaning is easy and convenient with silicone material.

My girlfriend loves this toy. Its design is excellent, and I like the ability to flip the micropenis into your partner or to point outward. One fun use is the have the penis pointed out and have your partner sit on it. This is a great way to tease your partner.
