This is a one-size fits all item. I have a large head, and it accommodates me well. It fits snug, but not too tight. The mouth hole lines up just right and would accommodate any size penis, or allow mouth access for other sensual needs. The fabric stretches and feels smooth and cool. There are eye pads to help block out light and vision. Overall no complaints about comfort or fit. Should fit anyone fine.
