This is a great toy for a beginner. Something not too expensive that you can buy without having to invest a lot of money into it. I would not recommend the Good Girl Bad Girl spanker to those who are into the hardcore spanking, since the toy will not hold up to a lot of abuse. The two ends, one leather spanker and one feather teaser, are great for experimentation and figuring out what you like or what you don't.

The spanker is about a foot and a half long, which is a great length for holding on to. One end has a leather spanker, which had a nice leather smell when it was new. The leather is doubled over and triangle shaped. Thus far the leather has held up very well to use.

The other end is a ball of feathers. There are mostly black feathers, with a few light pink thrown in as well. I have found that the feathers will fall out if used too roughly. This was disappointing as it made the whole product feel cheaply made.

I loved that the toy had multiple uses. The leather end was a great spanker for a first timer. It gave a good 'whoosh' when swinging and gave a rather nice sting on contact. This would be a great toy to use during some light bondage play. As long as both parties agree, feel free to spank to your heart's content.

The feather end was good for some light teasing, which is a great contrast to the spanker. Being able to tickle, tease, and punish all at the same time meant that you needed less stuff. Combining two different toys into one made this a good toy to have handy.

The length of the spanker gives it great control. The plastic stick feels sturdy enough to use roughly. It is plenty flexible to bend if pressure is applied to it. It probably would break if bent too far though.

The length of the spanker means that it is too long to fit in my nightstand drawer. So I ended up storing it on a shelf in my closet. You want to take care not to rough up the feather end too much when storing, or you will risk having more of them fall out.

If the spanker needs cleaning the leather end is easily wiped clean with a moist towel or washcloth. You can also use a damp cloth to wipe the plastic shaft. I would not recommend wetting to feather end too much. I do not think they would dry as nicely as they are now and you would risk having more fall out.

The spanker came by itslef in a shipping box. It had one tag attached to it that identified the brand name.

I got this toy not having done my with spankers before. So I went into it not knowing what to really expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the Good Girl Bad Girl Spanker though. The leather spanker gave just enough sting to make it count and the tickler was a nice offset to the spanking. Overall I am rather pleased that I added this to my bedroom collection.
