These are great if you just want to restrain her hands together and don't want to hear her complain about them hurting. With the easy to adjust Velcro straps, they can fit my large wrists, as well as the petite wrists of my wife. The quick connect makes it easy to keep both hands restrained and together. These are as versatile as your imagination, and with some ease, these can fit around the ankles and thus provide a separate use.

The overall design was more then enough for a light BDSM kit. If you are just dabbling in BDSM, or are testing the waters before you dive in, this product is designed specifically for you.

The padding is minimal but enough to prevent pinching or sore spots. When strapping with the Velcro, there are already limitations to the length of adjustability, and with my large wrist just fitting, I don't see much more of an increase needed. The material is cheap and uncomfortable on the exterior, but being that it's not touching your skin normally, it is acceptable and can be ignored. Luckily the padding inside for the wrists is soft; the foam is dense and thin which means it's easy to work with, but soft to the skin.

One thing I would have liked is an anchor point for a rope. The cuffs can always have rope attached but it covers the quick connect for each wrist.

I have used these cuffs for a long time and I will probably buy another set. Beyond the anchor point, I found nothing wrong with these. With no chafing or pinching during many different activities, I can safely say they were one of the most comfortable pair my wife has ever worn. With me pulling them down tight, I have been told that there is no more of a discomfort than in resting. With no movement, the Velcro holds on and keeps the cuffs tight and exactly how you placed them originally.

I have yet to clean them, however they are small and fit in our box very nicely.

I can't remember if their are any more instructions than the pictures on the box, but truly they are so simple and easy, little is needed to get started.
