Fresh heart beaded nipple clamps are tweezer-like nipple clamps. They look just like tweezers with a metal ring that you slide up and down along the tweezers to increase and decrease the pressure. These could work for both beginners and advanced users but not really those in between. I had thought myself more of an advanced user until I used these because I could not find the happy medium. They were either too loose that I didn't feel much pressure or pinch, or there was a lot of pressure and pinch. Too much pinch for me. These were also my first tweezer-like nipple clamps, and I found it difficult to put them on myself. I had wanted to surprise my fiance with them on but one would fall off while I tried getting the other on. In the end, he helped me to get them to work which was fun too; the surprise just wasn't there. These would be good for beginners because they are either very tight or very loose. The system of sliding the metal ring up the tweezer-like clamps doesn't stay in place. The ring would either fall loose or to get it to stay on it would have to be very tight, and that's where the advanced user comes in.

These clamps are metal with little rubber nubs at the end. The metal is very sturdy feeling. No worries for bending or breaking the clamps. The rubber nubs I could not remove for cleaning, but that reassured me that they wouldn't come off while being used. The beads are plastic with a metal wire running through them and around the bottom heart bead. The wire is wrapped securely around the beads that the beads wouldn't fall out. While the beads are plastic, they aren't cheap or childish looking. They are still a pretty addition to your nipples. I didn't find anything to have an obvious smell. And the rubber did very well at protecting the nipple from the end of the clamp.

The Fresh heart beaded nipple clamps are 3 inches long for just the clamp part and another 1-2 inches for the beaded decoration. They were extremely awkward when they were on and I didn't like wearing them at all. To me they were just too big. The clamp part was so long that the decoration hung very low and wasn't close to where I wanted my fiance's eyes to be looking. His eyes were closer to my belly button rather than my nipples, so the decoration part of the nipple clamps did not work for me. While the decoration didn't hang where I wanted it, they still were a pretty decoration. I would just have wanted them closer to the nipple. Because they were so long, it was difficult to keep them on while moving. Even when I had them clamped very tight, they easily fell off because there was so much weight and length on them. I couldn't keep them on at all. A larger nipple may have better results with these clamps as mine are medium to small and I couldn't get them to stay on.

The clamps are metal with a rubber tip and then just plastic beads. If they need to be cleaned for any reason, regular soap and water would work or you can clean with your other toys with toy cleaner. I would let them completely air dry before storing just to make sure no rusting occurs on the wire the beads are on. They are very easy to store as they are relatively small compared to other toys. I have mine in my jewelry box, and I don't think that anyone would really notice them from the other jewelry.
