I Like Ponies and Plugs

The Pony Play Whip Royal is a medium sized butt plug with a pony tail. The tail can be used for pony enthusiasts or as a whip.

The material of the tail is not realistic but is fun for pony play. It doesn't lend it's self to be of any use as a whip though.

Due to the size of the plug this one is not for beginners.

The Pony Royal is made of smooth rubber. There is a very solid feel to this plug making it easy to insert but it is still gentle unlike glass or steel. The tail is very soft and tends to flop but can be swished nicely.

Because of the rubber material the toy smells very strong coming out of the package. The odor is quite overwhelming. I tend to be sensitive to smells but even after several washings it is still very noticeable.

Rubber is a porous material. It is recommended to use a condom for any sharing and even for each use to extend the life of the toy.

The Pony Royal has a nice design to the plug. However, the pony tail, was apparently just glued into the base. It fell out on the very first use. Now it can easily be slipped in and out of the base of the plug.

The Pony Royal is a pleasant size intended for those comfortable with a medium girth. At 5" long, 1 1/2" thick and around a foot long tail this pony rocks. Insertion is easy with it's tapered top and the base is very sturdy.

It's possible to leave the plug in for a decent amount of time but not very likely to be worn out and about since it has a tail.

This one is great as far as the plug goes. The pony royal is very comfortable, stays put after inserted and is very filling. The base is secure and doesn't bite into the skin. If worn for long durations it may though.

If you want it solely for pony play then you may want one that is capable of holding together a bit better. During use the tail is the only part that can be seen. When down on hands and knees the tail can be swished back and forth for a nice display. The tail did fall out after the first use. I found it is easily removed or placed back into the plug as wanted. With the tail off there is a wonderful empty space just the right size for a small bullet and that takes this toy to a whole new level.

If you want it because it offers as a double for a whip you would be better off buying a well made whip separately. After the tail fell out I've used it as a teaser more so then a whip. It's too gentle to be sharp and concise like a whip should be.

The Pony Play Whip Royal is fairly easy to clean. Soap and water, 10% bleach solution and toy cleaners are all great options for clean up.

Silicone and water-based lubricants can both be used with this toy. May want to pick a favorite that lasts for extended play.

I keep my plug in a standard toy bag but the tail is separated and lays flat in the bottom of a drawer. Some may find hanging it a better option to keep the tail straight.

The Pony Play Plug comes in an easy-to-open plastic container with the bottom cut out so the tail can move freely. It can not easily be used for storage because of the tail. If you have one that the tail detaches then it could be feasible but I simply tossed mine out.

There is a basic label with a disclaimer and guarantee against defects and workmanship (I would suggest they address the tail issues if I didn't have more fun with a bullet in it).

The Pony Play Whip Royal is a great medium sized plug with a cute pony tail. The tail falls short of it's abilities as a whip however and the stability for the tail isn't there. Why you want to purchase this plug could be effected by what you want it for and it's abilities to actually perform well for those tasks. Would be great for those who are beginners to pony play but intermediate to anal play.

Personally, I love the feel of the Pony Royal as a plug but not so much the pony tail. I've found the pony tail is pretty useless outside of my initial desire to shake it for the Hubby. More often then not I leave it off and when I want a lil something extra I put a bullet into the empty tail slot. The vibration adds a wonderful touch to a great plug.

Enjoying vaginal intercourse while wearing the Pony Royal? Not so much. For me this one is too large for that purpose. My body simply isn't able to accommodate both the Hubby's larger size vaginally and the 1.5" anal plug. It just wasn't comfortable.
