This lovely silicone breather ball gag with nipple clamps is wonderful for adding a double whammy to the bedroom. The ball gag muffles the moans and groans of a lover, or yourself, while still allowing the ability to breathe through the mouth. Including the nipple clamps can really bring a fantasy to life, or you can just use one or the other by themselves which is great. I really think this toy is well suited for anyone wanting to add that kinky scenario to their bedroom routine.

This silicone ball gag with nipple clamps is a breeze to wear. The entire gag itself is made of body safe silicone, of course aside from the metal buckle and rings which connect the gag itself to the band. It makes this toy sanitizable and a breeze for use with more than one partner. Fresh out of the box there is a smell of silicone, but it does fade with washing and being in the open air. This item should last a long time if properly cared for.

The chains and clamps have a good weight to them without being over encumbering for use on such sensitive areas. Tips of the claps have a little rubber grip on them. I suggest super gluing the tips onto these clamps since the metal underneath is quite sharp and they have a tendency to slip. The chains themselves measure in at about 16 inches from the clip to the base of the clamp. The clamps are very adjustable and work really well for those who have larger nipples, like myself. They open very wide, about a whole inch, and can be held that far open by the adjustable screws. You can always remove the clamps by un-clipping them from the gag and clip them together for regular clamps or simply leave them off.

The ball itself is smooth and measures in at 1.7 inches in diameter with 3 large breather holes through the middle in a straight line. These holes are very easy to breathe through. I found it quite comfortable for extended wear. It didn't make my jaw ache like the other gag I have. There was no noticeable taste on the ball when putting in the mouth.

The overall length of the gag from tip to closure is 22.5 inches. With 10 different holes to adjust how tight it is this gag is fairly versatile.

The buckle has a loop at the tip of the prong allowing for a small lock or pin to be inserted allowing the wearer to be locked in. This is a very kinky feature, combined with the raised stitching detail on the straps it is a delight to look at and wear.

This gag and clamps work very well for me. I am in quite high praise for this gag. It is very easy to breathe through it. Spit may collect in it, cause spit happens with breather gags, this isn't anything unexpected. It didn't cause discomfort in almost an hour of wear, which is the longest I've managed for gags so far. The clamps really aid in the moment with this gag. They can be set super light or left tight without the screw extended. We've used this gag a considerable amount of times since we received it and I'm looking forward to it lasting a long time.

The removable nature of these clamps makes for fun on other sensitive parts of the body such as the labia or scrotum. It's possible to clip it to other areas just remember to be safe, sane and consensual. Could always detach them and hook the end to cuffs or around a bed rail for some added fun.

Care for these is super easy. Simply use warm water and soap or toy cleaner to clean and wham bam done. Leave it out to dry on a towel overnight to make sure all the moisture is out of the gag. You could also clean it with a 10% bleach solution if used with more than one partner to make sure it's good and clean; no one wants leftovers.

To store keep it separate from other silicone items to avoid a possible reaction. All of my toys are stored in plastic bags to keep them from cross contaminating and possibly reacting.

Be careful and avoid touching this toy with a silicone lube to avoid a possible reaction.

The ball gag and clamps came in a heat sealed plastic bag. Nothing really presentable, no instructions were included but it is pretty self-explanatory. I recommend wrapping first if you plan on gifting it.
