This Stretcher, made by Spartan, is a toy for experienced cock and ball torture aficionados. I myself am only somewhat familiar with more advanced devices like this, and reviewing this product really opened my eyes to a whole new range of play. The reason that this toy is not for beginners, and I admit I'm barely out of that category myself, is that if you don't know what you're doing, this could be a difficult, as well as possibly dangerous toy to muck around with. It requires patience and care that is often hard to conjure in the heat of the moment. But if used correctly, it can also feel quite good.

While researching this product, it took me a while to understand what it was supposed to do. Eventually I realized its purpose is to fasten around the scrotum, above the testicles, putting varying amounts of pressure on them depending on the size you choose. The sizes range from 1 inch, to 3 inches in thickness. It is also possible to attach weights to this device, adding yet another dimension of pleasure or pain, whichever you choose.

For the purpose of this review, I chose the 1.5 inch model.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 6 months after original review

I use the stretcher regularly. Actually, I've become a bit of a ball play enthusiast. I like it so much that I may try moving up a size; I think 2 inches would suffice.

My only qualm is that, in the heat of the moment, the buckle is difficult to fasten. It always seems like my hands are too slippery with lube, sweat, and whatever other fluids end up coating the skin during sex. This is a minor complaint, however, since the feeling of wearing it is well worth the trouble of getting it on.

I still have yet to attach any weights to this thing. To be honest, I'm too scared.

To answer your question, P'Gell, I would suggest doing as I did. Wait until your boys are warm enough to hang their full length, not drawn in any way toward your body. This is usually the case for me after a workout, hot bath, even sex.

In this state you can easily measure the space between the lower side of the penis, and the upper limits of the testicles. It would be difficult to use a ruler for this. Try measuring the width of your fingers instead, then count how many fingers you can stack in that space.
