The Single Pull Ball Stretcher by Spartacus is, by nature, placed into the category of CBT devices (that is, Cock and Ball Torture). While this may sound horrible, it is not nearly as bad as it sounds. Yes, this device can be used to inflict pain, but it really should not as pain due to stretching of the scrotum/testicles can often mean there is a risk for actual damage to be done. Instead, the stretcher produces a tugging sensation when pulled on via someone else or via weight attached to the small D-ring at the bottom; this tugging sensation, when coupled with masturbation or penetration, can provide great pleasure as well as a natural prolonging to the stamina of any man.
