Thighcuffs - sex toy by Sportsheets - review by Avery Dragon

Before I purchased the Sportsheets Bondage Bed Sheets, I never considered purchasing the Thigh Cuffs. However, while watching the product video, I saw how they could encourage new and innovative positions. As I have brought up in a previous review, I am currently alone because my boyfriend is living several states away, so use of some S&M gear is more challenging. For soft-core bondage, I feel Sportsheets is an amazing company. They gear their items to be both body friendly and fun. Most of the bondage items they create are made with nylon, neoprene, Velcro, or the combination of all. The Thigh Cuffs are a combination of both nylon and neoprene. The neoprene material acting as the padding around the thighs and having nylon straps sewn to the outside of the cuff to act as size adjustment. It also has rings and clips on each cuff to connect to each other or to other items.

The thigh cuffs have a wide range for size, going up to about 30” thigh circumference. The material is very sturdy and withstands the pressure of being pulled apart. After putting the cuffs on and tightening the straps to a comfortable but firm fit, I pulled hard to spread my legs only to have them stopped abruptly and leaving my body to feel slightly tired from having exerted as much energy as I had to attempt escape. I removed the cuffs to examine thighs; there was no marking or bruising of any sort.

Though cuffs aren't typically thought of as needing washing, like with any Sportsheets brand item I've owned, I've come to notice that fluids really do get EVERYWHERE. With the thigh cuffs, I honestly wouldn't suggest a run in the washing machine, but a gentle and quick hand washing and be left out to dry. The materials are strong, but I've had other items made with the same type of neoprene that needed to be washed and ended up being slightly deformed from the washing machine.

In the short time that I've had the thigh cuffs, I've come to enjoy the feel of them against my skin. They allow me to feel a soft, but tough, hold when in use as well as no evidence left behind after use. After looking at the product video, it was apparent that they'd have more use with the Bondage Bed Sheets set, so looking at how to apply them into use became a big adventure. With a little stretching beforehand, I was able to do the same as the users in the video, having one of the ankle cuffs on and a wrist cuff, I attached both to one of the anchor pads as well as my thigh to the anchor pad. If this were to be done to both sides of body, the person wearing the cuffs would be completely immobile and have their nether regions spread for all to see and use as wanted. I plan to experiment more with these cuffs as time goes on, as well as actually getting use of them with my boyfriend! So a follow up will definitely be in order
