The o-ring that makes up the gag portion of this toy is silicone-coated metal. This silicone coat is the same kind of silky silicone that makes up the straps, however, there is no flexibility to the o-ring like that of the straps. The overall length of this gag is 22 inches, the o-ring gag portion measures 2 inches in diameter, and about 6 inches in circumference. This gag on the tightest/smallest setting is 15 inches long, and at the loosest/biggest setting it's 21 inches.

This gag is great for the price, and is sturdy and comfortable when the user wears it. The silicone doesn't have a lot of drag and therefore doesn't inhibit the use in any way. Its smooth texture makes the gag feel nice against the skin, but the buckle and notches in the straps can pull hair on occasion.
