The first time using anything like this before, and we both loved it. We have never used a gag because I didn't think I would like it. The combo of the restraint and gag was very thrilling. If you don't want to use the velcro wrist restraints, you can attach your own. I would recommend adjusting the length to your comfort beforehand. If the strap is too tight, it can and will be uncomfortable, but no issues after some adjusting. Pairs really good with a cross strap. My boyfriend said it was extremely sexy and one of his new favorites. It's a new favorite of mine now too.
