The Velcro cock ring is designed for stimulating the genital region and helping restrict blood flow to hold back orgasm and increase pleasure. There isn't much to it, the picture shows the toy perfectly. There is a Velcro closure which is adjustable. For me, it's not the greatest thing out there. I ordered several rings to try them and thought the Velcro one would be good for easing into this type of play. The only problem is that after the first couple of times using the ring the Velcro loses its' adhesiveness. It was inexpensive so I wasn't expecting it to last for years and years, but by the fifth time using this it was very difficult to keep the ring together.

It is made out of nylon and feels good around the testicles and penis when on. It is very easy to adjust when first using it. It would be a good choice for someone who has never experimented with cock rings before because it is easy to adjust when putting on and very easy to remove. The ring is designed for use around the genitals and penis. When trying to wrap the ring around solely the penis the Velcro did not hold properly. One could also wrap the ring around just the scrotum region as well and bypass the penis if desired, in that case the Velcro did hold properly.

This toy was used with both masturbation and intercourse. It worked properly for both intercourse and masturbation and provided a pleasant sensation during each occurrence. With this ring having Velcro on it soap and water or toy cleaner would not be advised while cleaning it. I simply used a damp cloth to wipe it down after each use. This would not be a good toy to use in the shower or in water.

About three weeks after writing the initial review of this item, the Velcro on the cock ring lost its adhesiveness entirely and I had to throw the ring away. It is very inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting it to last forever, but it lasted for less than 10 uses before it became unusable. My advice is to look elsewhere.
