This device is adjustable and will fit most any size cock. It fits very snugly for me in the middle snap, but if I want to wear this while soft, I can put it on the tightest snap and still get a snug fit. It is highly advisable that you do not leave this on the tightest snap when erect as this is too tight and you will risk damaging your cock (at least for me, your mileage may very).
