This tickler is meant to tease and excite your partner in foreplay or after-sex relaxation. Sadly, it simply doesn't deliver.

This toy falls flat against its claims to excite or soothe your partners skin.

The tickler consists of a handle, shaft, and of course, died feathers. Mine is 13 inches long but the length differs from toy to toy because no two feathers are the same.

The handle is 3.5 inches long, the shaft is 4.5 inches long, and the feathers are 5 inches long. I love the idea behind this design. The handle and shaft are made out of hard, black plastic, which is great to turn around and slap with, if you're into that kind of thing. There are small seams on them that can barely be seen, let alone felt. The feathers are available in black, red and purple, I personally opted for purple.
The downside? The feathers fall out very easily.

When I took it out of the box, one small feather had already fallen out. With light play, yet another feather fell out. When I took it out to take pictures for this review, fragments of the feathers fell off and I have included some of those pictures...

This toy did not work as expected. The feathers were too thin and fluffy and therefore really weren't felt by my partner or me during our role reversal.

I found that the best use for this toy was a makeshift cane. I turned it around and held onto the feathered end of the shaft for that.

This toy is fairly easy to care for. The plastic shaft can be wiped clean with a moist towel if needed. The feathers can't be cleaned, so ne careful not to get anything on them.

As far as storage, it's thin and fairly small, so it can really be stored anywhere. I would say be careful with the feathered end, though. I put the feathered end of mine in a plastic bag and slid it into my "great big box of toys."

This toy wasn't really "packaged." There was a sticker tag around the shaft that had the name of the toy on it. There were no "user instructions," but it is a pretty straightforward toy to use.

We did not enjoy the toy as we expected.
