The Three Gates of Hell cock and ball device is a much higher step up from the English Cock and Ball Cage from Doc Johnson. This toy is a cool, creative toy, but has limits of the fun you can have with it.

The toy is very durable, made of leather and the rings are made of metal. The toy has three rings that of course hug your dick all the way up the shaft. The largest ring at the base of the toy is meant to be like a traditional cock ring, slipping your cock through and your balls as well. For the average sized guy, it hugs the base firmly, so no worries of it falling off, like the issues I had with the English Cock and Ball Cage|more like a torture device for your balls. The largest ring is 2” in diameter. The next two rings circumferences are roughly 1 ¼”. At the end, of the rings there is a little ring that can be used to hook other objects too. If you are into dominance and BDSM, you can hook a leash onto this hoop. Some nipple clamp sets have a clamp that you can attach cock rings to. These should attach as well to the Gates of Hell.

The issue I found with this toy is lack of sexual activity you can experience with it on. I couldn't really jerk myself off with it, which means the boy couldn't do it either.
