Hearts leather wrist cuffs by PHS International - review by queertastic

These cuffs are absolutely splendid! They are my first true pair of bondage cuffs (I have some rope ones laying around but have used them once or twice). These cuffs are sexy, edgy and just the right amount of the ‘aww, cute!' factor. (In fact, as I write this, I'm wearing them!) There's just something super-sexy about leather, a bondage scene and red and black (especially when it involves hearts). The hearts on the cuffs are placed in between the holes – too cute, in my opinion!

They are comfortable – although not vegan - I can still move my wrists freely around in them. They are constraining and would hold me captive during play, but were not so tight as to cut off my circulation. They fit me, are secure, and I love how the rings on the cuffs tinkle when I move (especially when blindfolded!).

My one major complaint about the cuffs is the fact that they are a bit big. My wrist is fairly small, and I am in between the size of two of the holes. These cuffs hold up well to play - although the cuffs were a bit loose fitting on me. They weren't so lose-fitting that they came off or slid down my arms. I suppose a bit of play is okay in any bondage cuff, but I would have liked to maybe see a better design or spacing for the holes on the cuffs.

I have some leather wipes that I plan to use to clean the cuffs. I don't think that soap and water would be the best option, due to the fact that leather is porous.

I hope that the company also comes out with ankle restraints that match the wrist restraints. Ankle and wrist cuffs combined with the blindfold and heart whip will be quite a treat to play with!
