The Penis Mouth Gag is a visceral looking toy and that is my favorite thing about it. It elicits a response, a feeling, even a revulsion. A semi-realistic cock shaped gag, complete with frenulum detailing of the underside of a penis, complimented by black synthetic rubber and chrome metal rivets makes this looks serious. It just looks so damn crude. When I first revealed it to my submissive, the reaction was like, “U WOT M8?” Utter disbelief. It really adds to the mind game.

I think the shock appeal really is the highlight of this piece. It elicits a much more humiliating aura than your average ball or bone gag. The cock fits comfortably in the mouth. It is not too girthy to make the jaw weary. It is not too long to choke someone. These are all major pluses in my mind. It is also has more versatile uses than the average traditional gag. As the prior reviewer made note of, this also can be worn inside out with the penis gag pointing outwards instead of being in the mouth- and the dominant partner can deviously make use of it.

Vaginally penetrating my partner before commencing the gagging added additional spiciness. The shape of of the leather backing makes it quite accommodating between the legs. This gag even doubled as an (oxymoronic) penetrating chastity device- with both ends connected to a belt around her waist. I don’t own a chastity device so this was an unexpected and fun plus to this toys versatility. Just a note- because of the broad base shape it would be difficult to penetrate anally- in addition to the health concerns entailed when going back to oral use.

Despite this toys versatility, it is not the most ergonomic of gags. The faux leather backing is stiff and wide enough that it rubs on your nose when the gag is inserted. That is the only downside I can see with this toy. Though some people may not be interested in this toy because it is made from Polyurethane/PVC. When my gag arrived in California, it had a big sticker of California health warnings on it. This may be disconcerting to some.

Overall this is a great toy. It is hardcore looking and functional. It secures nicely with the buckle. It was comfortable to wear for half an hour. The backing rubbing on the nose is a minor issue in contrast to the rest of the coolness this gag is packing. If you are looking for a gag for very long sessions it may not be the perfect fit. But it also does provide a fun predicament and challenge during play. Which suits my purposes just dandy ;)

Ergonomically this isn't the most comfortable gag, with the backing being a bit abrasive on the nose. But given the circumstances in which you might be using a gag, it is a small discomfort and can be part of the fun. This is our most sinister looking gag, and it never fails to make the recipient a little cringey- You've got to love that! A great toy for the right vibe and scene.
