These clamps are pretty tricky to put on by yourself. I would not recommend them to people for solo play, unless your manual dexterity far surpasses mine. As I could not handle the latter, I had to go with light. This setting gave me a nice pinch, but nothing too intense. They amplified the sensations of having my nipples licked and sucked, and that I did enjoy! When left alone, the pinch lessened and eventually became unnoticeable. After some ten minutes, they fell off. I could barely feel them fall off and there was virtually none of the post-clamp sting. Being the masochist that I am, I found myself a bit wistful for those aftereffects.
