The cuffs are 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. I didn't manage to get my or my boyfriend's exact measurements (leave a comment if you want to know for comparison), but I have small-to-average sized wrists and these fit great. They weren't too loose or anything. My boyfriend's wrist aren't very big; he had three or four notches to spare. There are eight holes in all, so suffice to say these will fit a wide range of wrists.

The buckle and D-ring are attached really well and held up nicely against a fair amount of tugging and pulling with no signs of strain on the leather. On the inside, a strip of sinfully soft faux fur make these cuffs extremely comfortable to wear. They won't dig into your skin and leave obvious marks.

This is my first pair of wrist cuffs, and I applaud Spartacus for such a well-made product. While sadly I've only had one chance to try these out, the test run went great. The restraints held up against a fair amount of semi-light play, but I'm not sure how they would hold up against rough play. Although they appear durable enough, I don't think I want to stress these too much in case they can't handle it. But for the most part, they performed well enough to reach my expectations.
