The weights with clip adjustable-nipple clamp is best used on a smaller nipple or testicles. It's designed to be used on a nipple but the rubber tips make it difficult for the clamp to grip and hold onto thicker skin well. The clamp doesn't tighten enough to grip skin that is very thick.

It is not intended for beginners because of the extra weights that come witht the single clamp. It takes more than a few tries to figure out how to get it to stay clamped onto your body, though it pinches easily. It needs very loose skin to be able to grip and stay on, especially if you plan on adding any of the weights. From my experience it works best clamped onto the scrotum, the extra skin around the testicles, or on thin labia (thick or large labia would not work because it won't be able to grip).

Nipples are not the best option for this clamp because it only comes with one clamp and most nipples don't have enough loose hanging, thin skin for this to clamp on to. The exception to this is if you have very small nipples with stretchy, loose hanging and thin skin. It would not work well under clothing because it is pretty bulky and would be obvious. Testicles would work best for this clamp because the skin doesn't need to be stretched and the skin is thin and stretchy enough that the clamp can easily grip and hang on without slipping off.

This clamp is made of metal and has rubber tips. Rubber is very porous and cannot be cleaned completely but metal isn't porous and can be cleaned with just soap and water. However you wouldn't want to use these clamps without the rubber tips because the alligator style clamp is very sharp and jagged. It could puncture or tear skin easily. The rubber is smooth and thick enough that you can't feel the jagged edges of the clamps when the tips are on, they have no smell and they stay on the clamp well without slipping off easily.

The design of this clamp is great in theory, but for the body parts it is designed to be used on, it falls short. The clamp would need to be longer in order to attach and hold onto nipples better. Because of it's length (the overall length is 6" but the clamp portion is only about 1") it does not fit large nipples or breasts. It is adjustable and fits most nipples width wise. It's not easy to put on but it is very easy to take off. Once attached to a suitable place where it won't fall off, it's fairly comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Overall if the length of the clamp was longer it would make for a better toy because it would be better able to grip the body part it was attached to to prevent it falling off.

There is only one clamp that comes in this set. The weights that come with this clamp only weigh 0.3 pounds. They're meant to create a pulling and tugging sensation on the body part that the clamp is attached to that can be pleasurable. If you have not played with weights or a clamp before this can be quite painful, especially if worn for an extended amount of time. The weights are detachable so that you can vary the weight and sensation according to what you prefer.

This clamp works best on clean and completely dry skin. The clamp is adjustable to accommodate more skin but is not long enough to grip thick skin or large nipples without slipping off easily. On large nipples and breasts this clamp has trouble staying on because the clamp is not long enough and the rubber is too slippery to grip well. It will grip onto scrotum between testicles well because the skin is generally thin and loose hanging. On thinner skin that hangs looser (small labia or testicles, ideally) this clamp will grip and stay on firmly with all the weights attached.

This clamp feels like a strong tugging and pinching sensation. With each weight that is added the tugging and pulling sensation increases. The clamp is adjustable so you can vary the pinching sensation with the weights for a stronger feel.

The clamp portion of this toy is metal and easily cleaned with soap and warm water. The tips are rubber though, are very porous and cannot be cleaned completely. It can be stored in any cool, dry place.

This toy came in a standard clear, plastic package with a picture of a naked male torso on it. It is recyclable. It doesn't come with instructions.

This toy is great in theory. The clamps are way too small to hang onto medium to large nipples. If you have small nipples, a scrotum or thin labia it works great on those places and will even hold on with all of the weights attached. If you have large nipples or breast tissue that extends into your nipples then it will be difficult to get this clamp to hang on and stay on. It only comes with one clamp so it might be best served as an added weight to clamps with an attached chain.
