The metal latch isn't kidding around. The cuffs latch to each other snugly and stay put. Unless the wearer cares to get creative with their teeth or toes, or else undo the velcro entirely, they are secured in these cuffs. The comfort level allows for a good amount of tugging without any uncomfortable rubbing on the skin. These can also have rope woven through the links for more varied restraint types.

If the wearer prefers not to be able to release themselves, of course, this isn't the product for them.
