It does not get more beginner-friendly than this! These cuffs are so simple to use, and they come attached to a three-foot-long strap to use for restraint. No need to buy or fiddle with rope to keep your partner still - this is ready to go! The added blindfold is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfy to boot.

Don't take beginner-friendly to mean flimsy and boring for experienced users. The velcro is strong, and the straps are sturdy. This set is perfect for hogtying, or bedpost - style restraints. The strap material is a bit slippery, and as such, I would not suggest this for suspension or any type of bondage where these straps are needed for support.

I suggest leading with the blindfold, and then restraining your partner with the cuffs - bonus points if you tear open the velcro loudly so they can hear their imminent immobilization approaching. Play with those senses, and have fun!

The cuffs are adjustable, and their size is standard and would fit most users around the ankle or wrists. They can even fit around the neck as a collar of sorts on a smaller person.

The soft material is definitely soft, but it is also exceptionally thin. Thankfully the nylon belt-style strap seems to make up most of the functional structure of the restraint, and it is rather sturdy. There is a small part of the cuff that is not supported by the belt, and thus is relying on this very thin faux-fur material. While it does not show signs of stretching or tearing, I would not suggest relying on these cuffs for support if you are engaging in suspension bondage, or any activity where the cuffs failing could injure your partner.

The strap itself, leading away from the cuffs, is a decent length for restraining someone by tying the legs or arms together, or by strapping them to a pole/bedpost/chair they are up against. The straps are a rather slick nylon however, so you might struggle with any knots that rely on a lot of friction. It is also a very malleable fabric: after being knotted, and untied, the belt is visibly warped. This also means that if you knot these straps extremely tight, they may stretch and compress in a way that makes untying it quite difficult. Thankfully the cuffs themselves are not subject to this, so it's not a risk of safety - you just might have to chop off the strap if you find yourself with a terribly stuck knot.

The blindfold is very comfortable, with a nice cushioned material on the eyes, and a thick elastic strap that would fit most users.

This definitely exceeded my expectations. They feel very light, and I would have assumed a flimsy design, but they are surprisingly sturdy restraints with a variety of applications.

I personally do not enjoy the straps for restraint on their own, as they are rather slippery and do not knot very nicely. They are, however, perfect for handheld use! I like using these for being able to easily grab and manipulate where my partner's limbs are or to have the more visceral sensation of holding them immobile. They are perfect in tandem with other forms of bondage, too! Paired with rope, they are a great addition - or used as a quick tie-down to preclude more intense restraint.

No instructions on care were provided, and the material for the cuffs absorbs sweat - so cleaning is definitely suggested. So far I've found that wiping down the inside of the cuffs with an alcohol pad doesn't seem to deteriorate the material. I would not machine-wash these, as you may end up losing some of the faux fur fluff that keeps these cuffs soft.

They are very small, and fold up easily. Very easy to store!

It arrived in a plain plastic bag, no instructions or labeling.

Used in-hand as a more one-on-one style of restraint, these were a thrill. The soft fabric made it a bit more forgiving on the wrists and ankles than just basic rope, so yanking and tugging didn't wear out my sub too quickly. But the speed in which I could restrain them was amazing. You can go from zero to immobile in under 30 seconds if you are so inclined, and I am a big fan of being able to immediately enforce control.

They also look super adorable if used as a collar. It's like having a pre-attached leash!
