Sadly, you may not be able to purchase this product from Eden Fantasies anymore. It is currently listed as discontinued. However, you may have the opportunity to buy this product from another vendor (shame on you) or wait to see if EF will bring it back. Anyway, the Inflatable Bondage Chair is an affordable addition to mild bondage play without taking up a lot of space in your home as does a custom furniture piece. First, the packaging of the Inflatable Bondage Chair is not very discreet. It prominently displays a model sitting in the chair, and although she is not naked, you would not want to leave this box around your home where it may attract attention. The chair actually has two inflatable portions - one for the seat and one for the back rest. Blowing up both portions will take approximately fifteen minutes to a half hour (depending on how often you get light-headed). The chair is difficult to inflate completely and will have a little "give" to each portion. Each portion will leak air slowly and you may have to blow it back up every other day or it if you keep it up.

Besides the usual downsides with anything inflatable, the main drawback to this chair that I noticed was the smell. It has a very strong rubber (PVC actually) smell that can permeate a small room. I have a rather sensitive sense of smell and it gave me a slight headache. If you're sensitive to strong smell, beware. Fortunately, I had a bottle of Silky Sheets spring rain scent and it helped combat the rubber smell. After a day though, the rubber smell started to go away. The other big downside to the inflatable bondage chair is that the strap locations won't work for everyone. I'm a normal male around 200 lbs and 6 feet tall. The upper arm and leg straps did not hit me in a comfortable angle. I had to lean back for the upper arm straps to fit better and my ankle straps were too close together to be comfortable. In fact, the "head rest" hit me slightly below my shoulder blades - nowhere near my head. Since I'm a fair bit taller and heavier than the average woman, this problem may not be true for other buyers. I would recommend this chair for someone around 5 foot 3 or 4 at the tallest.

The main advantages to the Inflatable Bondage Chair are its portability and ease of cleaning. Because the chair can be deflated, it can be slid back under the bed or even tucked away in a suitcase for a vacation. Since the chair is made from PVC, you can use this chair with both water based and silicone based lubes. Actually, since clean up is quite easy, using a generous amount of lube for a hand job or blow job is kind of like being on a Slip-n-slide. Unfortunately, there's really only one sexual position that you can do in the chair: reverse seated. Be careful getting too vigorous, the chair is very light and top-heavy, your man may tip over accidentally! You may get a good laugh out of it, but I doubt he will find it so funny - especially if it's your turn in the chair next.

Probably the best way to use the Inflatable Bondage Chair is for oral sex or to tease your lover with sensory play while they are blindfolded. After you're strapped in, you might find that you'll make the chair squeak and groan a little bit. Hopefully, you'll be doing your own squeaking and groaning too.

We've kept our bondage chair aired up in the dressing room for over a month without losing a lot of air (just a little). However, I have to revise my height limit. My wife is 5'3" and is a tad too tall for comfort (has to scoot down). Max (comfortable) height should be about 5 feet, flat. Sorry, tall people.
