This is the perfect pleasure-pain toy for men & women. The nipple clamps and chains have a wonderful weighty feel to them. I love the coolness of the metal on my skin. Plus, depending on the height or size of the person, every time the wearer moves their head, there can be a tug on the nipple clamps. The clamps can be adjusted for larger or smaller nipples with the bolts.

Adjustable buckle closure with many holes makes this ball gag fit perfectly. The gag ball has air holes, which enables breathing through the mouth if necessary. I did find that the gag ball is a little too big for a small woman's mouth. Easy to conceal and easy to clean. The ball is NOT hollow, as some of these gags tend to be. This aids cleanup since you can dunk the ball into hot water and rinse it out completely. Also, you don't have to worry about dampness and mold inside the ball, which can lead to gross bacteria and germs growing inside.

I think this ball gag works well if you have from standard to large mouth. It was too big for me, plus with my TMJ, it didn't work for me. However, the nipple clamps worked very well. It would be nice if they were detachable from the ball gag, though.
