The Naughty Lover Kit is a great option for the curious newcomer looking to try out some kinky fun. The cuffs can be used on the hands or feet. The blindfold is the largest one in my collection and is excellent at completely blocking everything out visually. With the hands tied and the visual senses deprived, the tickler brings playful yet sensual stimulation that arouses the senses. Tease your partner relentlessly or use this kit to set the mood for naughty adventure.

There are three pieces to this kit, so I will go into them individually.

The blindfold is my favorite piece in the Naughty Lover Kit. The outside is faux leather while the inside (what rests against the eyes/face) is faux fur. The faux fur feels delightful on the skin while preventing the mask from marking or digging into the face when worn. What I particularly like about this piece is that the portion covering the eyes descends further down onto the face than most masks, which prevents peeking out from under the mask. I'm definitely a peeker when the opportunity presents itself, which I admit ruins the fantasy a bit; luckily, that is no longer an issue with the mask.

The cuffs are also lined with faux fur and are secured with velcro. The cuffs come with a short chain that you can use to connect them to each other. If used as intended, this would keep the hands or ankles close together. One good use could be to thread the chain through the slots of a bed post if you have that. We have an under-the-bed restraint kit which worked perfectly well with these. I decided to use them on my ankles, as they are adjustable and I have a tendency to kick/pull with my legs in the throes of passion, and other cuff sets can dig into the skin or cause other discomfort. This was not at all an issue with these cuffs.

The feather tickler consists of two long (faux?) feathers attached to a plastic handle. These feel nice against the skin; the sensation is a very light tickle, one that is perceptible but unlikely to cause the recipient to burst out with laughter (or start kicking in my case). I can see how easily the feathers might become damaged or bent, however, so I'm taking great pains in order to protect them.

For being such a basic, affordable kit, I was surprised at how well-made each piece is. The Naughty Lover Kit was designed entirely around a sensory experience and on this point, it delivers. Every piece is luxurious in its own way, and as the recipient and the giver of pleasure with the tools in this kit, I have to say that we probably won't be going back to our old kits anytime soon.

Storage should be easy: a drawer or toybox should be just fine. The feather tickler should be kept in a bag separately and shouldn't be crushed or bent.

For the faux-leather portions, a quick wipe with a cloth should be sufficient. I would only spot-clean the faux-fur parts when needed, as it is more delicate.

All pieces came in simple plastic bags; no instructions were included nor were they necessary.
