First Impressions:

First, out of the box, I was fairly shocked, we have many other gags but not a bone one, so we were not really sure what all to expect but had a general idea. It came in a sealed plastic bag with a few other items we ordered in a plain brown box.

I was fairly surprised by how red it really is, I mean this thing is RED! As well I was expecting a full silicone strap, but this one seems to be made of faux leather, that was a bit of a surprise since usually that type of detail is included in the description page.

Material:

Bone:
The bone itself is the only silicone part of the gag, this makes it very easy to clean. It honestly is very similar to those Kong dog toys that they have in the pets section of most stores. Its firm but workable silicone making it easy to bite, however, it really retains its shape without hurting your mouth tho.

The gag itself is about 5 inches long, and the narrow point where a mouth would generally sit is about 2.5 inches across and about 0.8 inches in diameter. Personally, to me it is very comfortable for extended wear, and I don't consider myself to really have the largest mouth by any means. Nor do I really enjoy things in my mouth for extended periods of time.

Straps:
The straps that run on either side and through the bone gag an edge-sealed faux leather. The inner side that touches the head and face is suede feeling, and the outer is a typical leather feel. Red stitching lines are nicely adding an extra pop of color to any scenario.

The buckle is a quality locking one. There is a loop at the end of the peg where you can secure a small lock. This does come with one of those cheap old school diary style locks with a set of two simple keys to start. The lock can break and luckily is not needed to use or wear the gag.

Fit:

I personally feel like this gag will do well in fitting a variety of people depending on their personal tastes in how they prefer to wear a gag. The straps have quite a few loops for the buckle in large and small sizes, as well the gag itself is overall comfortable and long enough that it should be suitable for most.

Care:

Care for this gag is fairly simple. The overall of it can be cleaned warm water and mild detergent. The silicon part you can use toy cleaner on, just try to make sure you don't get much on the straps. Do not submerge this item in water, you can damage the strap for it and possibly cause bacterial growth and mold. Store separately from other toys, so the silicone does not react to anything else, also, this goes in a mouth not somewhere else. Ours, we wait for it to be fully dry and store in a plastic bag in our toy chest.
