The design is straightforward: a leather cock and ball device with a d-ring at the end that allows for attachment to a leash. Both the leash and the cock and ball portion are made of leather. The hardware is silver metal.

Each of the joints are riveted and very, very sturdy. The metal snaps on the cock and ball device are equally sturdy. With normal use, there should be no problems with any sort of breakdown due to the workmanship.

I tested the cock and ball device both on human and artificial subjects - one of the multiple advantages of having willing friends and an extensive dildo collection. The sizing of the cock and ball device accommodates a wide range of (ahem) endowments. Both the Chihuahua and most Mastiffs can go for a walk with this particular leash.

One thing to watch out for, however, is the snaps on the cock and balls device. This could very well be my lack of experience talking, but I did have some difficulty attaching the snaps without causing unnecessary discomfort. Once on, the snaps are very solid. This security comes with a price - having to push down firmly to ensure the snaps are fastened.

Long story short... it worked. Once the learning curve with snap fastening is overcome, the Cock Leash Set works like a dream. It fits well, it stays on, and the leash attaches easily.

Performance is not an issue with this particular toy. A good time is assured for all those involved.

Care for the cock leash set is much like that for any leather product. If you are in a monogamous relationship with no concerns about STD transmission, you can get by with cleaning the cock leash set with a leather cleaning product when it seems necessary.

If you will be using the cock leash set with different partners and bodily fluids get on the leather (as they invariably will), it is recommended that you disinfect the cock leash set by soaking it in a 10% bleach solution for two minutes. That will most likely discolor the leather, but will also eliminate the risk of STDs. Follow the bleach bath with your regular leather cleaning routine.

You may store the cock leash set as you'd like with your other toys or in the clear, plastic container it was originally packaged in.
