The Deluxe Cock and Ball Device from Spartacus is a male chastity device. Typically this type of item is used in cock and ball torture (CBT). The wearer's flaccid penis is placed through the rings and the main leather strap is tightened around the base of the penis and under the testicles. The second strap is routed over the top of the testicles. Both straps can be locked with the supplied padlocks to prevent removal until the wearer's partner decides that they have permission. The additional metal loop at the end can be used to attach a tether or weights.

This item is primarily made of leather that is held together with metal rivets. The leather is soft and feels comfortable against the skin. There are also two metal rings which have an inside diameter of 1-1/2". Overall, the construction appears to be well made. All of the metal rivets appear to be fairly well centered on the strips of leather, which they bind, so I wouldn't expect any weak spots in that area.
With regards to size, better-endowed individuals may find this item a bit too restricting.

For the most part this item worked well for me. It can be a bit challenging to get it on especially the first time you use it. This is especially true if you are easily excited. Any erection will make putting this item on, nearly impossible. Thus speed and a clear mind are imperative. Additionally, when tightening the adjustable strap, care should be taken to ensure the scrotum does not get pinched between the adjustable portion and fixed portion of strap, unless you desire sharp pain to your balls.
This device worked well at preventing full on erections and made masturbation basically impossible. The one issue I had regarding long term use is related to the ability to urinate while wearing it. The construction at the tip of penis, where the two strips of leather cross and where the d-ring is located, can be an obstruction when trying to urinate and requires that you pull the straps off to the side to get a clear shot.
One last comment about the locks, the edges on the locks do not have a radius on them and thus have a rather sharp edge to them. The result is when this edge comes in contact with the sensitive skin around the penis and scrotum, it can be uncomfortable. I didn't mind it, but if you do, you will probably need to invest in some locks with a friendlier edge on them.

Being of leather and metal construction, care mainly consists of wiping it down after use with a damp cloth or if you prefer, with some leather cleaner or conditioner.
