The toy came in a brown discreet box as expected. Once I opened the box the toy was neatly wrapped in a ziploc bag. It came with a long white cable as well to attach it to the estim controller I own (purchased separately). The toy had a really nice soft feel which I wasn't expecting and I had the urge to try it right away since it was my first estim toy.

I put on some water-based lube on the underside of both "cups" and placed them on my pecs around my nipples. I had my partner with me while I tried it for the first time since she had the same toy for a while now. It was a nice experience to feel the electricity on my pecs.
