These are great little stimulants. The combination of pain and vibrating pleasure makes them ideal for those into unconventional forms of bedroom play. While each clamp has a little plastic sleeve over the tips, these can be slid off to expose the metal. This should appeal to those a bit more into the pain aspects of the stimulation.

The clamps are metal, though they do feature little black sleeves to lessen the pain. These can easily be removed for a more intense experience. Though of course, caution should be exercised in doing so. You will more than likely need to pull the clamps apart to fit them to your nipples. This is very much similar to what is often needed in earbud headphones you purchase.

Overall the design is a simple one. Squeeze to fasten the clamps onto your nipples, and the vibrating weights dangle freely. Comfort is a matter of perspective, as you can let them be as tight or loose as you want. While they do fit a nipple about the size of a pencil eraser, they can slip off if dangling freely. The adjustment is slightly backward, in that the more you tighten the knob on each clamp, the looser the clamp will become.

I found that when the knobs were turned to their loosest setting, they tended to make a clattering noise while the vibration was turned on. This can easily be remedied by tightening the knob just slightly until the small bolt within the clamp makes contact. This leaves the clamp at its tightest while preventing the small knob from making noise.
