The Crop Top Black Split Slapper is one of the extra toppers for the Interchangeable Crop Top System and the Mini Crop Top System. It is made to easily slide into the shaft of either crop extending the versatility of the tool.

The topper adds approximately 5.25 inches to either crop. It is approximately 1.5 inches across. It's not a large slapper but it can deliver some great stinging sensations or light tapping depending on what you prefer.
The slapper is made of black leather and is only sewn around the metal shaft of the base. It is, however, very firmly, and evenly sewn so it won't fall apart after just a few uses. The slapper is split giving that lovely loud slap that split slappers are known for. It is truly more bark than bite but it can be great for tapping and slapping highly sensitive genital areas, nipples and even around the face. Don't be fooled, however, this little topper can deliver a whallop that will have your 'victim' yelling for more!
This is more of a thumping type blow rather than the sharp sting of some of the other toppers.

The topper is attached to the hollow metal handle with nylon tape and some plastic covered metal wrapped firmly around the leather and metal shaft. This puppy isn't going to fall off the shaft any time soon!
It smells like good quality leather should and looks very classy. For the price this is a steal.

The topper should be stored away from sunlight and in a cool dry place to avoid cracking, molding and mildew. If it should get wet a clean dry cloth will be your best bet and if the leather gets really wet a hair dryer set on cool followed by a good air drying should prevent the leather from degrading. You could use some leather cleaner but the chemicals in leather cleaner can be irritating to bare skin so be sure to buff it away as thoroughly as possible.

This little slapper I expected to crease and fall apart because it felt light and not as sturdy as the rest of the system. I am happy to report that even after being played with my by ever curious two year old it is crease free and still one of the best sounding slappers I own. As part of the Crop Top system it rocks.
It looks softer now but still means business and sounds much worse than it's bite. The seams are still firmly sewed together and the handle is still firmly attached to the leather slapper.
