I have used this mask with partners for both fun, casual play, and heavier BDSM scenes. It is very comfortable and the faux fur isn't remotely itchy! I would definitely recommend this as a good starting point for those who want to bring a little more to their sensory play or who want to introduce their partner to the fun of a blindfold in a non-intimidating way. Though I certainly wouldn't say that it stops being useful for the more advanced either!

I LOVE the super soft fur, but my only (major) complaint is if I'm not careful my cats fur tends to get stuck in the fuzzier side which can be irritating to eyes. So I always make sure to brush it off carefully before using it. I also really like the feel of the thicker plush side. I would love having a blanket made out of this material!

I have had this mask for over two years and while I haven't used it *that* heavily, it has held up well. The elastic strap to hold it in place hasn't stretched out and it still does its job!

This has worked exactly as I have needed. Though if laying down and moving my head around it definitely slipped off more then I would have liked but I feel that's just part of a blindfold of this nature. I think if you're looking for something that won't slip off try a full hood!
I have not used this as a sleep mask but I could easily see doing so for travel purposes! It's comfortable and subtle enough that I could definitely see using this on an airplane or train, for those who like masks to sleep in. It keeps light blocked quite well enough that even early morning sun wouldn't be an issue.

I haven't used this so much that I've needed to wash it so I cannot speak to how well it holds up in a washer. But all I've needed to do to it is brush off any cat hair/lint that has accumulated or take a lint roller to it. As for storage, I keep it in a box along with other miscellaneous toys. I've also used it as a cushion for nipple clamps to keep them from clanking when I was traveling!

Comes in a pop open plastic package, no information or care instructions, but it feels very self explanatory. I believe the packaging is recyclable though I've held on to it. The mask does easily slide back in, in case I ever wanted to keep it clean or for this review.

I wouldn't call the package "discreet" unless you take out the paper insert. It states the name right on the front and has advertisements for other kinky purchases on the back. Easy to remove, however.
