Yeah Baby! Make it Tingle!

The tingle is appropriately named, because it delivers just enough nip to give a pleasant tingling sensation without doing any real damage in the process. Whether you're warming up for some intense S & M or just curious to try something new, this flogger won't disappoint.

Leatherbeaten's Tingle flogger is perfect for light BDSM players or for people who are new to BDSM and want to experiment. While serious masochists may appreciate this as a warm up toy, the Tingle is best suited for those who prefer a little less pain with their pleasure.

When applied gently, the soft suede lashes create a light thudding sensation and tease in a sensual manner, which feels particularly good along the thighs and the soles of the feet. Even if you use this flogger with serious force for a decent length of time, it provides only a very pleasant heated stinging, similar to the sensation of being spanked. It will redden the skin for a while but it's doubtful you could ever draw blood with it, so newbies need not be frightened of trying this flogger. However, you should still be careful to avoid hitting the facial area as well as the spine, throat, organs, and other sensitive areas in order to avoid any potential injuries.

The 14" suede leather lashes are attached to an 8" Delrin plastic handle, with a 5" suede wrist strap that also doubles as a hanger for when the flogger is not in use. The Tingle is comfortable to hold and lightweight enough that it won't wear out your arm, yet hefty enough that it isn't hard to hit your mark accurately. The high quality of craftsmanship is obvious right from the start, and even after extended use over several sessions it held up well with only some very minor shedding from the suede, which is to be expected.

The Tingle is definitely not one of those items that is likely to wind up sitting in the bottom of your toy box suffering from lack of use. With it's capability of delivering everything from innocent caresses to stinging spanks, it's almost addictive in its bedroom appeal.
Experience
Michele says:
I have to admit, this is our first flogger, but if I'd known how much fun they could be we'd have bought one long ago! At first I was nervous that we might actually wind up hurting each other with it, so I spent some time reading everything I could about flogging safety, but after a few minutes of experimenting with the Tingle I realized that it was pretty idiot proof and even the harshest blows felt great. One of my favorite things is when I'm up against the wall and Alan trails the lashes over my skin before delivering a blow. It's impossible to tell from the whooshing sound just how hard it's going to hit, and the mixing of sensations is really arousing.

Alan says:
I have been nipped, spanked, pinched, and had hot wax dripped on me, but never have I had a woman flog me. I highly recommend it. While I know that this toy isn't what folks use for *serious* flogging, I'm not all that much into pain so I really enjoyed the feelings it gave.
On a side note, when writing this review we did have a minor question about the product, and Leatherbeaten proved to be a company who cares about the customer. Their response was prompt, friendly, and highly informative. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything that they made.
Follow-up commentary
Even though we've gotten a few others over this past year, the Tingle is still our most-used flogger. The suede appears to have gotten smoother with use, but other than that it's as good as the day we bought it. We'd still recommend it to anyone who was interested in a lightweight flogger with a decent bite that doesn't do any real harm.

I've been wanting to get into some light BDSM for awhile now. I love cuffs, and collars, and this looks like a great next step. Great review! Smile

    Great review!

I love the way you two do the experience sections.

I loved the review. I'm still a little hesitant about floggers, but your review makes them sound fun. I think the only reason I'm hesitant is because I'm not quite sure how to use them.

Saraid-- There's loads of info on the 'Net, and i think we started with this site: [https://collarncuffs.com/floggeruse.html]. There's lots of other great info too, but that's the first one I could think of. Just go slow and practice so you've got some confidence in place first and then it really is a lot of fun.

Floggers are a bit more interesting and I'd love to get involved more, but my boyfriend seems unwilling to try.

@Illusional-- Maybe you could start with a leather tickler instead (which you can also use as a very gentle flogging toy) and then move up as he finds what levels of sensation he enjoys?
