The great idea behind the Durex High Sensation condoms were extra ribs down towards the base of the shaft. Unfortunately, unless you're sensitive to textures like this, and I mean really sensitive, the ribs probably aren't going to do much for you. I could only feel them when I ran my fingertip over them after the condom had been removed.

The average condom runs 7.4" long, 2.04" wide at the base and along the shaft and head, and .0027" thick.

Durex High Sensation runs 7.59" long, 2.08" wide at the base and along the shaft and head, and has the same thickness as an average condom. Larger guys are probably going to have a problem with these, but if you find the average condom to be about right, these will work great for you guys.

These condoms come lubricated with a water based lube. I found the provided lubrication to be more than adequate, but if you start to run low on natural lubrication, please make sure to add some more. If you do add more, you can use your favorite body safe water based or silicone based lube. Avoid oil based lubes, and stay away from body lotions, vaseline, and the like. The oil base can degrade the latex and cause breakage.

I found no real latex smell to these condoms and haven't personally tasted them either.

These condoms should be stored at room temperature. Protect them from prolonged periods of exposure to extreme high or low temperatures, moisture, direct sunlight and fluorescent light. If the condom is sticky or brittle or looks damaged, don't use it.

You would use these the same way you use any other condom with a reservoir tip, pinch the tip to remove all the air, then roll down the shaft.

I've never had a Durex condom break on me, and this one was no exception.

I had heard so many awesome things about these condoms that I just couldn't wait to try them out. Then I did. And it was such a mediocre disappointment.

I've used other ribbed condoms that I could feel the ribbing, and they were awesome, but this one, for all its claims of amazingly pronounced ribbing, I could barely see the ribs on the condom on its own, couldn't see them at all when the condom was on my fiance, and I could only feel them if I ran my finger over them. I haven't personally given him a blowjob while he was wearing one of these, but I would imagine that you would be able to barely feel the ribs on your lips, should you do it.

He says that it felt thinner and he felt as though he could feel me more. I credit this to the design of the condom as opposed to the thickness. Either way, he liked it. I'm a lot more on the fence. These don't go in the pile to never get used again, because while I didn't get any extra sensations from the ribs, they still functioned very well and it didn't feel like he was very obviously wearing a condom.

I still don't like it is a little harsh, since I never had a vendetta against it or anything like that. These are on the list of condoms that while I won't actively seek them in our pile of condoms, I won't put it back if it comes out either. If you have a very sensitive vagina you might get something from these, otherwise there are much better ribbed condoms out there.
